Clint Horton

Clinton J. Horton was born in San Jose, Ca, in 1984. Has spent most of his life living in the South Bay. Clinton graduated from Homestead High School in 2002, where he played Varsity basketball and football. He continued his playing career at West Valley College. Following his two years of college ball, he was accepted into San Jose State University. Began his coaching career at St. Andrews Episcopal School in Saratoga, from 2004 to 2006. Started working for the Saratoga Union School District (currently at Redwood Middle School for 7 years), as an ParaEducator for Special Education. There he coached 8th grade girls and boys basketball. Clinton excels at managing several positions that include Girls Basketball- Head JV Coach and Varsity Assistant to Head Coach Sami Field-Polisso at Los Gatos High School. Coach holds high standards for student-athletes, parents, staff in high esteem, and interacts with the greatest degree of professionalism and personal integrity. Therefore, thrives each day to establish knowledge and skills to accomplish Top Flights basketball goals and expansion.  Clint is entering his second year with Top Flight.  

Philosophy: My 3D motto (Dedication, Desire, and Discipline). I strive to develop and maintain importance of fundamentals, while I instruct individuals to become a collective unit in search of success.
