| *Mandatory: Each player trying out must bring the following two items to tryouts on day-1: 1.) Register online to reserve a tryout space. Please fill out the entire form completely. Tryouts will cost $30 player. You can pay online or on the first tryout day. 2.) A plain white T-shirt with your son/daughter's last name on the front and back, written in black sharpie. Players must wear this shirt to all tryouts. This is imperative as it helps the coaches with evaluations. |

| *Players must attend a minimum of one tryout to be eligible for a team. Players are encouraged to attend all tryouts so they can be evaluated thoroughly. We understand you may have conflicts and cannot make all the tryouts. Players that can only attend one tryout will not be penalized and will have every opportunity to make a team. However, players that are present for all/majority of tryouts will get more time to be evaluated by the coaches. | |
| *Players from the South Bay Area, San Jose, Campbell, Los Gatos, Almaden, Cupertino, Los Altos, Redwood City, Fremont, Milpitas, Willow Glen & beyond are welcome to tryout for our Fall AAU program. | |
