TF is well known for off season workouts that aid players back into basketball shape, and help propel your desire to elevate your game to the next level. Our Top Flight “Dream Team” Program is designed for athletes looking to take their game to the next level. Our aim is to develop routines to promote proper habits, build ability & skills, and to develop mental approach skills to deal with the pressures of competition.
This is a program designed for serious players looking to prepare themselves for a successful season. Players will learn game changing concepts and be coached by the Top Flight Elite Staff. The staff includes some of the best coaches in the area.
Day(s): October 3rd, 10th & 17th (Sunday Evenings)
Cost: Only $175 (three sessions with Elite Coaches & Players)
Session 1: TBA (One hour of skills and one hour of scrimmages)
Session 2 TBA (One hour of skills and one hour of scrimmages)

Dream Team Program Standards & Curriculum
The coaching staff has put many hours and thoughts into this curriculum. Your son/daughters will greatly benefit from this program. Below is a small outline of what we will be doing for the seven week program. Let's get to work!

Upon completion of the Dream Team Program, our goal is for all players to go back to their respective high school teams and be able to apply the concepts learned over seven weeks to directly impact their individual ability to help their teams. The basis of this program is to focus on five core principles of basketball: Offense, Defense, Skill Development, Competition & Intangibles. Through game speed repetitions we will replicate game scenarios to provide players with the ability to transition to a live game situation seamlessly. This program is fast paced, no fluff and high energy. The diverse coaching staff will deliver concepts that translate to any basketball system or style. Every player should return to their high school teams ready to make an impact this coming season.
